Hi Friends and Family – I know it is hard to believe…it is prom season once again! Our 2008 goal is to send 500 young women to the prom! We’re looking for Volunteers! Thank you in advance to all of you who come and support me and my little sequined taffeta dreams!!! You are all a gift to ME personally!

Volunteers:
In order for us to proceed with the boutiques this year we need volunteer commitments NO LATER THAN 4/10/08. Please check your schedules and volunteer only for times that you can commit to. We need to fill the boutique times before we can make appointments for the girls receiving dresses.

The 2008 Hope Closet Boutique will run from April 10 – April 20, 2008 and will be held at Royal Oak First United Methodist Church. www.rofum.org for a map. To ensure success, we will need volunteers to help transport dresses, set-up/tear-down dresses, serve as personal shoppers and act as receptionists. To that end we are looking for volunteers for the following blocks of time:

April 11- build dressing rooms, build dress racks, hang dresses

we’ll have bagels and pizza for weary workers!

April 12-Boutique
9:30am – 12pm (Royal Oak First United Methodist Church)
12pm – 3pm
3pm-6pm

April 13 - Boutique
12pm-3pm (Royal Oak First United Methodist Church)
3pm-6pm

April 14, 15,16,17,18 –Boutique
