I just wanted to thank everyone who participated in the Judson Center bag drives for kids. First, we gathered 10 overnight duffle bags for abused children who have been removed from their homes. Most recently, we provided backpacks full of school supplies for foster children who are going back to school from a new home this Fall. Together, we have the ability to make a positive impact on these childrens' lives. Thanks to all of you for being servants of Christ! Saturday, October 08 10:30am Once again, we have the opportunity to host the refreshments table for the Who's At First Concert series. Our first hosting earned us nearly $90, which we used to purchase new hymnals in the Friends In Faith name. We also got to see much of the concert for free from the balcony, as well as enjoy a free dinner together in the parlor. We have been informed that this concert will yield possibly twice as much money, but will need more volunteers. The work is very easy (fun even). Let's all pitch in for a great fundraiser!
