Fall 2007 Study Book

At our first class, we decided to read Robert Jewett's St. Paul Returns to the Movies as our study. This Sunday we'll be looking at the first chapter which is an introduction to the themes of honor and shame in Paul's letters. The first three movies, in order are (this book was published in 1999), The Prince of Tides, Babette's Feast, and Forest Gump. Join us!

We have been requested to join the help at the Food Bank of Oakland County this weekend.�This is a�good opportunity for those of us looking to help outside the church. Starting this fall, a new adult class will be meeting at Royal Oak First!
